Lemira was seething with anger.

Lemira stood up abruptly, "I'm not pretending to forget. I genuinely don't remember."

favoritism, but you're the reason our parents are dead. You made our lives a misery for years. We didn't kick you out of the house, and you dare say we're biased? Do you think you deserve to?"

Caspian couldn't stand to say more, leaving in a huff.

He refused to believe Lemira couldn't remember their ordeal, thinking she just didn't want to admit her wrongdoing.
